These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, services, and customer interactions with EtchLabs (ABN: 11395335937). By placing an order, requesting a quote, or approving a design, the customer (“you”, “client”) agrees to the following:
1.1 All products created by EtchLabs are custom made to order.
1.2 Production begins only after the customer has approved the final proof/draft.
1.3 Once a proof is approved, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made unless covered under Section 6.
1.4 Any design changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.
2.1 All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Pricing may vary based on materials, quantities, labour, artwork complexity, and add-on features.
2.3 Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
2.4 Shipping costs are included in all quotes unless specified.
At EtchLabs, all products are custom made to order. Each item is designed, proofed, and engraved specifically for the customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind once production has begun.
Due to the personalised nature of laser engraving, all sales are final once you have approved the design draft or proof.
